Sarmed’s loves to celebrate stories of hope, happiness and triumph, and connect to the natural world through drawing, painting and storytelling.
Primarily a writer published in several languages and countries, Sarmed has performed as an actor in theatre, TV and film and has been the recipient of BAFTA Scotland New Talent Award Best Producer nomination for his first feature film. Sarmed’s artistic practice has evolved over the years through his meditation practice, deepening his observational skills through drawing and painting, creating visuals as an emotional response to the natural world around him. He has taught drawing and his work has been exhibited in the UK, North America, Middle East and Asia.
