Judith has a career in managing arts organisation and projects that are good for the soul, believing that the performing arts have a central role to play in our society – from their therapeutic value, to the way they connect people and ideas, to the expression of who we are and how we feel.

Judith has worked in music production and event management with a diverse portfolio of performing groups, artists, festivals and arts organisations. She is co-founder and company secretary of award-winning Nevis Ensemble, Scotland’s street orchestra, which has the mission of ‘music for everyone, everywhere’. She regularly delivers Professional Skills training for emerging artists, including as Guest Lecturer at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and supports artists with career planning and mentoring.

Judith graduated with a BMus in performance (saxophone) from the Royal Northern College of Music, is a member of the Association of Project Management, and has completed accredited training in Sustainability Leadership, Carbon Literacy and Music for Social Action.
