Andra Iulian

Andra Iulian is Early Years Development Coordinator at Starcatchers. She brings over a decade of experience working across Scotland’s arts and education sectors, with a particular focus on supporting early years professionals through creative learning and training programmes.

Before joining Starcatchers, Andra worked at Scottish Book Trust where she coordinated national early years training initiatives, working closely with local authorities, artists, and practitioners. She has a strong interest in how creative and cultural experiences can support young children’s emotional, social and cognitive development, and is passionate about improving access to the arts from birth.

Andra has a background in community arts engagement, having previously worked with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra on creative learning and participation projects with children and young people across Scotland
