Jennifer believes in the power of the arts to change lives. She has worked across dance, music, theatre and visual arts, and created MiniFest, a festival for young audiences across North East Scotland.
Head of Impact and Evaluation
Sarah is a strategic arts marketer with over 15 years experience in the Third Sector and Creative Industries. Having worked in Scotland and internationally in New Zealand, her love of the arts stems from engaging with audiences of all ages, abilities, backgrounds and nationalities.
General Manager
Dawn has worked in Arts administration, programming, and management over the last 2 decades. She is passionate about the Arts and the impact that it has on individuals and families alike.
Early Years Development Manager
Amy brings her vast and varied experience, which includes working across Scotland both within informal and formal Education as well as within the Arts as a Creative Artist in her own right.
Community Engagement Manager
Lauren is a passionate arts leader and creative practitioner who loves working with children, young people, and communities to spark ideas, tell stories, and make great things happen through the arts.
Producer
Gemma joined the Starcatchers team in 2021. She has a background in Stage, Company and Production Management in theatre, working on shows for all ages.
Communications & Marketing Co-ordinator
Natalie started working for Starcatchers in 2018. She has experience working and volunteering in the children’s sector both overseas as well as closer to home.
Strategic Lead – Advocacy & Transition
Rhona has recently taken on the role of Starcatchers Strategic Lead – Advocacy and Transition, after almost 20 years as Chief Executive. Rhona has been with Starcatchers since its pilot project in 2006.
Early Years Development Coordinator
Andra Iulian is Early Years Development Coordinator at Starcatchers. She brings over a decade of experience working across Scotland’s arts and education sectors, with a particular focus on supporting early years professionals through creative learning and training programmes.
Expecting Something Assistant
Angie loves working at Starcatchers. She finds it fulfilling supporting families and their little ones to be explorative, playful and create lovely memories. Angie joined the staff team as Expecting Something Assistant in September 2024, after attending the group as a participant herself from 2018 – 2024 with her two children.
Lead Artist, Wester Hailes
Kerry loves performing in, making theatre and creating play spaces for early years audiences and children with complex additional support needs.
